Reducing stress, one ball of yarn at a time

A blog about knitting more and stressing less.

Why another blog about knitting? That’s what I’ve been asking myself ever since I got the idea to create Knitting is My Therapy.

For starters, as a writer, I find that when I love something I have to share it with the world, so there’s that. Also, I’d love to see more people turn to a skein of yarn and a pair of needles when life is getting too stressful.

On this blog you’ll find a few of my favorite knitting tools and resources, some starter guides for those looking to begin knitting, and the ramblings of a writer/actor/knitter who has found a hobby that she gushes about and just can’t help sharing.
