I probably should have gone to therapy…

Knitting is My Therapy is not an expert site on how to knit. It’s also not a site full of custom designed patterns (I wish I could create those!) Instead, it’s a place for those who turned to knitting as a mode of coping, a way to relax, or something to occupy their mind during sleepless nights and stressful days. Part blog, part review site, part ranting and raving; whether you’re an advanced knitter doing cables in your sleep or barely getting by with garter stitch, I hope you enjoy the humor, the zen, and the enjoyment that is knitting.
